Frozen in Time: Women Can Now Preserve their Fertility by Freezing their Eggs

The Fall 2009 issue of NYU Physician highlights the work of Dr. Nicole Noyes and the NYU Fertility Center in an article titled Frozen in Time: Women Can Now Preserve their Fertility by Freezing their Eggs. Oocyte cryopreservation, or egg freezing, is a new option for women who are not ready to have babies yet. Whether because of medical conditions or for elective reasons, the team at NYU Fertility Center has helped over 300 women freeze their eggs.
