An interview with Dr. Jamie Grifo discussing implantation guidelines and the national standard practice for in vitro fertilization (IVF) was aired on the The Oprah Winfrey Show during a segment with the grandfather of the octuplets. Dr. Grifo states, "Our goal as practitioners is to help these patients have a single healthy pregnancy, because those pregnancies have the best outcome."
