The population of women under 40 years of age with breast cancer or with an elevated risk for the disease represent a unique challenge to the treating physician. The Continuum of Breast Cancer Risk continuing medical education event is a one-day program is created for a broad audience of clinicians including internists, ob-gynecologists, family practitioners, surgeons, medical oncologists, geneticists, genetic counselors, and nurse practitioners, and will provide the materials needed that will allow practitioners to apply what they have learned into their daily clinical practice.
