The FBI recently arrested three women in connection with a black market baby-selling ring. Federal prosecutors say the baby-selling ring recruited surrogate mothers from the United States -- offering them $38,000 to $45,000 -- and sent them to the Ukraine to have the embryos implanted.

Once the women were successfully in their second trimesters, the women began shopping around the babies at the price of $100,000 or more.

Dr. Nicole Noyes was interviewed about the shocking case, saying "As the technology advances, we have to be very thoughtful about how everything is used. And I'm not sure everyone is on the same page with what's ethical and what's not."
